Not a valid form of birth control

Every time my corporations professor mentions partners prematurely withdrawing I can't help but snicker.

Law school wouldn't be nearly as much fun if I weren't twelve.

I'm in total agreement. I still can't stop giggling about the Seaman's case (repeatedly said by very studious prof) relating to previously chaste woman and the laws of seduction! Here are others to snigger at:
Pleasant v. State, 15 Ark. 624;
R. v. Cock[roft], II Cox C.C. 410 (1870); Cox v. People, 82 Ill. 191; Hussey v. State, 87 Ala. 121.

My Legal Writing prof tries to teach us about how we should keep our fact patters short and sweet...about how it shouldn't take us long to write...

"Hit it and quit it" she says...
